A first-contact tragedy disguised as an ecclesiastical thriller: Tudor-court papal politics in the key of Hilary Mantel, wrapped around a story about systems - a species, a Church, two people in a small room - that complete meaning faster than they can receive correction.

The Margin new cover.png

The Margin

They vowed to love each other through sickness and health. But after sixty years of marriage, can love outlast memory itself?

A literary novel told in rotating first-person chapters through the five members of the Katsaros family as their marriage and household come apart in a world where roughly ten percent of anomalous phenomena - UFOs, precognition, empathic sensitivity, consciousness effects - are verifiably real. The novel explores how love operating through fundamentally incompatible ways of knowing faces inherent limitations, using speculative worldbuilding as a lens for the epistemological crisis at the heart of one family’s dissolution.

Skin of the Negev

Skin of the Negev.png

A meditation on desperation, exile, and the permanent marks left by violation. It asks: What remains when transformation succeeds but offers no escape? What happens when you become something neither your people nor anyone else's will claim? And what does it mean to survive as a null value - still existing, still nothing, still alone - in the indifferent eternity of the desert?

During, After

During After cover.png

Forty years after an exhaustion - not a moral reckoning - ended the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, the Peace Framework holds the way a frozen thing holds. Nothing is moving. Nothing has been resolved. The official vocabulary of reconciliation has been institutionalized into curricula, commemorations, and civic language. The underlying wounds have been administered, not healed. DURING, AFTER is set in a single academic year at a shared-governance school in the border region - a place where the Framework's arrangements are most visible and most strained. The novel is told through seven voices and five untitled sections. It has no protagonist. Its center is undocumented.

Bitches

Building B

bitches cover.png

A literary horror novel about the murder of a queer woman in New York and the three women - her mother, her girlfriend, and her dog - who survive her. Told in four structurally distinct parts, it renders its central haunting entirely through the dog's perception: a sustained, non-humanized animal consciousness that carries the longest section of the book.

Building B cover.png

On a warm evening in August, eighteen residents of a new residential building receive a WhatsApp notification: they have been added to a group called BUILDING B RESIDENTS. Over the next sixteen months, that group chat becomes the building’s nervous system - the place where snagging lists are compiled, parking disputes escalate, cakes are offered, and the slow, unannounced work of becoming neighbours takes place. The novel is told almost entirely through the chat, with short rotating first-person interstitials - what each character typed, and what they didn’t. The building is the protagonist. The characters are its consciousness.

It Is Not in Heaven

It Is Not in Heaven cover.png

In 2025, Ian Flanagan is a thirty-seven-year-old Irish lay canonist seconded from his Dublin diocesan tribunal to a canonical proceeding in Rome against Father Liam Ó Briain, an elderly and beloved Irish priest of a teaching religious order who has been credibly accused of historical sexual abuse of a child. A parallel criminal trial is unfolding in Ireland, and the principal complainant, Stephen Kelly, has spent fifteen years in therapy and three years preparing to file. Ian, the dicastery's chosen auditor of record, has spent his adult life closeted within Catholic professional culture. He is the only person at the case's institutional centre who carries a personal relationship to the secrecy machinery he is now meant to dismantle. Late in his work, exhausted and isolated, Ian encounters in a footnote the Talmudic story of the Oven of Akhnai - a first-century rabbinic excommunication recorded in tractate Bava Metzia. He recognises in it a clinical description of the forces destroying him and the people he is trying to serve. The novel braids his case with the Akhnai story across nineteen hundred years, and refuses, at the end, to grant either timeline the consolation of resolution.
